FLAG DAY CIP 2nd May 2009
Full day people, i've put you under morning, then, if you decide to stay on the day itself, i think it would be okay, if we let the people there know. For morning shifts people, Report : 8am Return donations :12pm For afternoon shifts people, Report : 12pm Return donations : 5.30 pm Report at St. Andrew Cathedral, Visitors Centre(outside City Hall MRT) for collecting of donation bags and lollipops (FOR THE DONERS!) then, we can go where we want to collect donations. (eg, Marina Square/Orchard road) the only condition is that we need to be back at St. Andrew Cathedral, Visitors Centre(outside City Hall MRT) at the time of returning donations. (Return donations + UNUSED lollipops) St. Andrew's Cathedral is the while cathedral opposite Raffles City MRT. The Visitor Centre is the small building with glass doors and walls outside the main St. Cathedral building. Dress code : School Uniform any questions? (: (will post on class blog when i've gotten hold of the username and password.) |
